Our shipping and delivery policy should help you understand how our shipping operations go.
All orders take at least 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) to process, with some product types taking longer. We will have more accurate times on product pages. These times may be prolonged during holidays, launches, and promotions. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped by DHL, UPS, USPS or Fedex.
Processing times typically take 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US, holidays). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
Notice: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international mail carriers.

Exquisite Hair With Anna products may be shipped from one or more of our fulfillment centers in China or in the USA.
We ship on business days—Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.
Notice: Please ensure all payment and address information is correct. Once orders are processed we will not be able to correct the order information.
International Shipping & Delivery
Customers outside the US are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. Please reach out to your country’s customs office for prices outside the US, we do not include custom fees into our international shipping rates.
We are not responsible for any delays that occur from country’s clearance process.
Tracking Updates
Please allow at least 2-3 days for shipping and delivery tracking updates.

We cannot guarantee packages will arrive in the guaranteed shipping times and we do not assume responsibility for carrier delivery dates or times. It takes 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) to process orders and we will not be held liable for carrier guarantees.
At certain times during the year we will not ship due to store breaks/holidays. You can still place your orders online, but delivery may delayed. We will give you a heads up about holiday ordering so you can plan accordingly.
